Hello, I am Jeff O’Keefe.
Providing facilitation and leadership consulting services to help organizations and leaders build Fortitude through clarity, communication, and Insight.
With over 30 years of experience in leadership and education, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations navigate the complexities of growth. From my roots in southern Ontario to my tenure as a senior executive at Aurora College in the Northwest Territories, I have seen firsthand that the strongest results come from a foundation of deep-routed resilience, strategic foresight, and clear communication.
Today, through Fortitude Insights, I combine my background as a facilitator with a global perspective gained from travelling to every continent to learn from diverse people and cultures. Whether I am working with a local community organization in Fort Smith or a corporate leadership team, my goal is the same: to provide the strategic tools and objective insights necessary to cultivate leadership where it matters most.
Based in Fort Smith, NWT, I am deeply committed to the success of Northern organizations. While I am always ready to travel across the territory and beyond for in-person facilitation, I also provide seamless virtual training and consultation for teams across the country. My approach remains flexible to your needs, ensuring distance is never a barrier to high-impact development or transformative leadership support.
